Discover our lap pool
BPRD’s aquatic facility is the home of an amazing, crystal clear pool that is 25 meters in length, 6 feet deep, and has 6 lap swim lanes. Lap swim times vary on a day by day basis based on aquatic class schedules and pool usage. Lap swim is for adults only, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Swim Lessons
Designed for children and adults who are new to swimming, these classes focus on water safety, basic swimming techniques, and building confidence in the water.
Aqua Aerobics
A low-impact, high-energy workout suitable for all fitness levels. This class combines aerobic exercise with the resistance of water to improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone.
Upcoming Pool and Aquatic Classes
Water Walking
Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM for an great way to get your steps in by walking in the shallow end of the pool. It’s a very low impact workout on your body to get it moving without leaving it sore. Instructed by Leila.
Fee: Included with Deluxe memberships. $3 for Silver Sneakers and Optum members. $10 drop in rate for non-members, basic & classic members Days: Monday & Wednesday Time: 10AM - 11AM
HydroFit Training
Medium Intensity and high energy exercises to develop cardio endurance and muscle tone. Instructed by Elizabeth.
Fee: Included with Deluxe memberships. $3 for Silver Sneakers and Optum members. $10 drop in rate for non-members, basic & classic members Days: Monday & Wednesday Time: 5-6pm
Nifty 50's Aqua
Low impact fitness that takes the pressure of your bones and joints with strengthening muscles. No swimming skills required. Instructed by Vikki.
